SHIPPING & Costs
We currently ship via USPS and courier. There are a few exceptions, i.e., that have a set shipping cost as they are shipped by weight via courier. When you check out, it should be calculated automatically. If you see anything unusual, PLEASE LET US KNOW so we can correct the situation if need be. Thanks for your help in this matter. Shipping costs (in the continental US) for gift baskets are by weight, and are generally between $9.99 - $13.99 depending on the size. You will be given the total before you check out completely.

All damage claims, discrepancies and late delivery claims must be made within 3 business days of the gift being received. There will be No exceptions to this policy. If a gift arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy Soothing Waters Bath & Gifts will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner and to your satisfaction. Credits and or refunds will be at the sole discretion of the supplier and will only be issued if damaged gifts or discrepancies can be verified by the carrier. If you dispose of the gift before we can verify the damages/discrepancy we will not issue any refund. All claims must be issued in writing by fax or e-mail. Claims will not be accepted via the phone. If for any reason the recipient or purchaser is unhappy with a gift they may certainly return it.
It is important that this procedure is followed for a smooth transaction! ** We do reserve the right to make substitutions, keep in mind that not all packaging will look identical to the pictures as designer packaging changes frequently.
