This one has not only goat's milk, we added oatmeal to provide an exfoliating and honey added to complement the moisturizing qualities We add Oatmeal which calms irritated skin and honey which adds moisturizes to the skin. This soap is very mild, great for combination skin and has a luxurious lather. We use fresh creamy goats milk made from farm fresh local milk. We never use powdered goats milk or water.
